■Overview
The < PST89XX Series > features advanced detection voltage accuracy (±1.0%) and a low current consumption (0.35μA typ.), with an ultra compact PLP-4A package added to the existing SC-82 and SOT-25A lineup offering a space-efficient mounting surface area. The delay time can be set easily with a built-in delay resistance of 10MΩ and an external condenser, and the package has been designed with existing circuit designs in mind.
