■Overview
The < MM1839 Series > is a standard-type regulator IC supporting an input withstand voltage of up to 15V. Realizing a 70dB/1kHz high ripple rejection characteristic, this series has a wide input voltage range. It can therefore be used in various power supply environments. It also features a reverse bias protection function, which means that a bias diode is not required in the case that a reverse bias flows when the power is OFF.
Two types of package are available, the miniature SSON-6E for high-density surface mounting and the previous SOT-25A model for surface mounting.
