■Overview
In the past, pressure sensors used in digital blood pressure monitors, due to manufacturing variations, required external analog regulator circuits to compensate for the manufacturing differences.
Also, the regulation process is essential for single sets on the mass production line.
To solve this type of problem, the variation compensation parameters are written to an internal EEPROM and the < MMR901XA > digital output pressure sensor that can regulate the sensor with software has been developed.
§ Features
1. |
Achieved a small package. 7.0 (W) × 7.0 (D) × 7.2 (H) mm |
2. |
16bit resolution ⊿ΣAD converter installed, enabling digital output of high pressure values. Resolution: 3.3Pa (0.025mmHg) Accuracy: ± 266Pa (± 2mmHg) |
3. |
Using an internal temperature sensor and compensation data written to the EEPROM chip temperature sensor, the pressure sensor enables correction of temperature sensitivity. |
4. |
Sufficient data output rate (about 200Hz) required to detect the pulse wave synchronized with heartbeat. |
