Overview
As the current consumption and size of mobile devices have decreased, the need for ICs in mobile devices with lower current consumption and a smaller size has increased. <MM3534x> is a series-regulator IC using CMOS process super-low energy consumption current, and satisfies such needs. It achieves a low energy-consumption current of 0.9μA typ., the most advanced level in the industry, and it is optimal for use in mobile devices. Additionally, it is equipped with an inrush current prevention function, which reduces inrush current at the time of start-up.
Moreover, in addition to the normal two types of package, PLP-4 (1.00 x 1.00 x 0.60mm), a super-miniature package is also adopted for high-density mounting.
