Miniature-type Silicon Radio Tuner (Volume reduction of 65% compared with previous Mitsumi Product)
AM/FM Radio Tuner for Home Audio Use
FAEH07-W01
Announced on September 18, 2009
Overview
As radios have become smaller (thinner), the tuner shape and positioning have become a limiting factor in radio set design.
Hence, to make radio set design easier and enable use on a wide range of radio sets, we have developed the < FAEH07-W01 >.
With a silicon chip that makes it possible to simplify circuits, reduce space and improve efficiency gains through software control, this product will contribute to shortening the development period and reducing overall cost.

§ Features
1.
Software switching enables the receipt of radio signals worldwide.
(Select between a 2-wire and 3-wire interface)
2.
Conforms to European EN standard, US FCC standard and electrical product safety laws.
3.
Small size (65% reduction in volume in comparison to previous Mitsumi produce) gives freedom in radio set design.
4.
Devices of the same shape offered for AM/FM and FM only, with or without RDS support (4 types).
