August 2007 saw the release in China of the terrestrial television tuner standard DTMB (Digital Terrestrial Multimedia Broadcast, GB20600-2006), and the spread of set-top boxes and digital televisions capable of receiving terrestrial digital broadcasts is continuing.
In response to strong market demand for high functionality in CAN type tuners, we have developed the high-sensitivity (-87 dBm) <DVT15-C02T> with a built-in DC-DC converter supporting a tuning voltage of 33 V.
