Regulator IC whose consumption current is as low as 45μA under no load condition
1A Regulator IC
MM342xx
Announced on September 25, 2008
Overview
In recent years, as with mobile equipment there are growing demands for lower power consumption and smaller equipment in the area of non-portable or stationary equipment.
In line with this trend of the demands, lower current consumption and smaller package are required for ICs used in the stationary equipment.
This product is a series regulator that has been developed to be the best choice for stationary as well as mobile equipment in which power consumption shall be reduced when the power is off or the equipment is in its standby mode.
The regulator can output the maximum current of 1A.
This product has a chip enable function and the model implemented in the smaller SSON-6 package is also available for the high-density packaging.
