■Overview
Presently, we can enjoy 1-segment broadcasting with mobile phones as well as a variety of mobile equipment. Also there will be growing demands for the equipment once the formal digital radio broadcasting service is started. Mitsumi has developed this product that can be used with PC for both of 1-segment and digital radio broadcastings. The key word in the development was "high-sensitivity". In order to make the product more mobile, we also placed our efforts in designing the compact unit and succeeded to make high-sensitivity 1/3-segment module that is 7.2mm in thickness.
