■Overview
In recent years, as cellular phones and portable audio terminals have been becoming more popular, the parts and components used in this equipment have become smaller in size and lower in power consumption. Since most of microcomputers used in these portable devices operate at low voltage, ever more accuracy is required for low voltage measurement. In the field of voltage detection ICs, we have been increasing our product lineup mainly in small-size low-current-consumption type ICs, and this product has been developed as the System Reset IC with a delay function; it is small, can be surface-mounted and detect voltage with high accuracy (+/- 0.5%).
