Low saturation type regulator
with I/O voltage difference of 120mV-typ
300mA Regulator IC
MM334xx series
Announced on September 26, 2007
DVT7-J11D
Overview
As portable equipment becomes smaller in size and lower in power consumption, lower current consumption as well as smaller package is required for ICs. Super low saturation voltage of this product can limit consumption power and the product has been developed in order to achieve longer battery life. By making the maximum output current to be 300mA and by adding the chip enable function, this product has the design that is best suited for the applications in which the battery is used as power supply. In addition, SSON-6 package (2.00 x 1.80 x 0.75mm) is available for the high-density packaging.
