Integrated Low Noise Output Two-channel DC/DC Converter
Complex Power Supply IC
MM3264XV
Announced on October 2, 2007
DVT7-J11D
Overview
As the sets such as storage devices become more sophisticated in recent years, DSPs are requiring more current. Whereas from the environmental concerns it is often required for the devices to reduce its power consumption and, in the power supply circuit design, the LDO regulators are being replaced with the high-efficiency DC/DC converters. This product has been developed to meet requirements for lower power consumption and smaller size of the set and it is the complex power supply IC where peripheral components for the power supply are integrated. The product has two-channel output (3.3V and 1.2V or 1.5V outputs) DC/DC converter, reset circuit, LED drive circuit, and current switch circuit for system power supply.
