MITSUMI has developed "SSA series", self-return type 3-position slide switches as part of slide switch series, which has overwhelming marketing needs, and will begin commercial production.
This product responds to requests for high performance, compositeness and small-footprint of operating switches used in portable electronics. The fundamental component is a thin SMT slide switch with 1 circuit and 3 contacts. A variety of operating functions including click switching, self-return, click or non-click self-return can be chosen freely. Any combinations of functions are available in the structure. Any operating functions are mounted in a compact size with height of only 1.35 mm.

1.	Any combination can be chosen out of 12 combinations of operating functions including 3 positions, click switching and self-return (with or without click).
2.	Small mounting size with height of only 1.35mm, supporting knob operations from above and side.
3.	J-bent terminal with excellent soldering property and small footprint has been installed.
