High Precision Overcharge and Over-discharge Protection
Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery (2~4 Direct) Protection IC
MM3112~3114
Announced on February 10, 2006
MM3112~3114
§ Overview
In recent years, more and more portable electric devices are implemented with rechargeable secondary cells. Because such products pursue smaller bodies and longer driving duration, weight saving, package change necessary as a result of space saving, and reduction of consumption current are required. MITSUMI's new lithium-ion rechargeable battery protection ICs contribute for set products downsizing, and enables longer battery life by optimum design focused on reduction of external parts by building-in LDO and low consumption current.

§ Features
1.
Low consumption current (maximum at standby: 0.1µA).
2.
Built-in LDO for microcomputer and fuel gauge power.
3.
Small-size package: VSOP-10A.
4.
With 3 different sub-models, protection for 2-cell ‹MM3112›, 3-cell ‹MM3113›, and 4-cell ‹MM3114› batteries is supported.
