This is a Synchronous Step-down DCDC converter IC with integrated Power MOS FET.
This IC adopts the ripple control and has achieved a high-speed response compared with a past voltage and the current mode.
Moreover, because an external phase amends become unnecessary, space-saving and the cost decrease have been achieved.
In addition, it supports a ceramic capacitor by using an original method.
