[Outline]
This IC is ultra low dropout voltage NMOS regulator.
Output on resistance of the power transistor is decreased by adopting two input power supply. Therefore, a steady low voltage is output by highly effective and the high load regulation and the high-speed response.
It applies to a supply voltage for CPU-core of PC.
There are two kinds of output voltage types. We have general devices for fixing output voltage type available.
In addition, we also have variable type devices which are able to set output voltage using external resistance.
